CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Effective 4/18/2026 I understand that life happens and unexpected things come up—it’s never personal. At the same time, this is my business and livelihood, so I’ve created this policy to keep things fair for both you and me. Deposits New clients are required to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit to book an appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total. You may reschedule once using the same deposit, as long as you provide more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations & No-Shows If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will do my best to fill your appointment time, but this is not guaranteed. If I’m unable to fill the spot, 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled. If your appointment is canceled due to arriving more than 15 minutes late, 50% of the service total will be charged by the end of the day. No Call / No Show No call/no shows will not be tolerated. 100% of the service total will be charged by the end of the day, and prepayment may be required for future bookings. Repeat no-shows may result in being unable to book again. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize any applicable charges to the card on file.
